...For the Respondent Contemnor The Court : The contemnor No.1 has filed an affidavit of compliance annexing copy of the cheques that were issued in compliance of the direction passed by this Court. None appears in support of the contempt application. On perusal of the affidavit of compliance, I am of the opinion that the order of the Court has duly been carried out, though at a delayed date, by the alleged contemnor.

Affidavit-of-compliance filed in Court is taken on record. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

Needless to mention that in the event the petitioners have any further claim they will be at liberty to approach the authority for redressal of their grievances.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
