The Court : This is an application for leave to amend the affidavit of assets and the probate petition being PLA 167 of 2018. Mr. Udaynarayan Betal, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the petition for grant of probate some of the immovable properties were not included in the affidavit of assets since those were not within the knowledge of the petitioner. After the immovable assets have been detected, the petitioner has filed this application for incorporating those assets in the affidavit of assets. As such, the inventory and accounts could not be filed as per undertaking given in the grant. He seeks for order in terms of prayer (a) to (d) of the Master's Summons.

In view of the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner and the averments made in the application, let there be an order in terms of prayers (a), (b) and (d) of the Master's Summons.

The department is directed to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks after reopening of Court after the Puja Vacation. The application being GA/1/2024 stands disposed of. (BIVAS PATTANAYAK, J.) pa
