...For the West Bengal Information Commission The Court : The Director General, Environment and Heritage Department, Kolkata Municipal Corporation, shall dispose of the application of the petitioner made under the Right To Information Act by furnishing the information and the documents as available with them. Such information and documents shall be furnished within a period of two months from the date of communication of

this order as it is found by the Court that information has been sought for from the Heritage Commission. However, whether such information is received from the Commission or not, the order of this Court is to be complied by furnishing the necessary documents and information which are in possession of the Corporation.

With the passing of this order, the pending proceeding before the Information Commission is disposed of for the time being. WPO/470/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
