The Court:-This is an application for review of the judgment passed by this Court on 10.02.2023.

Upon perusal of the grounds made out in the memorandum of review and upon hearing the submissions made on behalf of the applicant the Court is of the opinion that the same may be good grounds for appeal but not valid grounds for entertaining the review application.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction to review the judgment.

The review application stands dismissed and the connected application also stands dismissed.
