...for KMC The Court : Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition as the respondent Corporation has handed over an order dated 20.08.2024 wherein the revision of assessment qua the property in question with effect from 4th quarter of 2016-17 under Section 180 (2) (ix) read with Section 232 (B) and 174(1) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 has been carried out by the Municipal Corporation. Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that he shall challenge the same in accordance with law.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on any of the points or contention raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition and the same are open to the petitioner to challenge before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The copy of the order has been handed over to the petitioners in Court.
