The Court: Appeal is directed against the order dated May 5, 2026. By the impugned order, the learned Judge noted that, despite the order dated April 16, 2026, no steps were taken towards mediation. Learned Trial Judge, therefore, directed the administrator to take steps towards mediation and file a report on the returnable date.

Learned Advocate appearing for the appellant submits that, there is no lis pending.

We find from the records that, the impugned order was passed in GA/3/2026. No right of any of the parties stands decided by the impugned order for us to invoke Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, 1865.

APOT/104/2026 along with all pending application are dismissed, without any order as to costs.
