Counsel for the petitioner has handed over a letter dated 15th June, 2022 wherein the counsel for the petitioner had informed the petitioner that the matter is listed in the warning list and requested for instruction to proceed with the matter. The petitioner has received the communication dated 15th June, 2022 and in spite of receipt of the communication, no instruction has been given to the counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no instruction to proceed with the matter. In view of the above, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP/395/2011 for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
