Accordingly, AP No. 128 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take back the original award after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

I make it clear that the Section 34 application in the appropriate forum should be filed within fifteen days.

GA No.1 of 2022 is also disposed of.
