...For the Petitioner The Court : Pursuant to and in compliance of my earlier order petitioner has produced the receipt of payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- which may be kept with the records and this costs received by the Office of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Calcutta will be utilised for the welfare of the street children. In view of the facts recorded and the observations made herein, this writ petition stands disposed of.

It has been pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that in the order of this Court dated 16th March, 2022 due to inadvertence a typographical mistake has occurred in the last paragraph of page 3 and instead of recording 19th June, 2021, it has been recorded as 9th June, 2021 which may be corrected accordingly. Let this correction be treated as part of the order dated 16th March, 2022.
