The Court : This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on May 22, 2025. It is submitted that witness action is going on. Learned Advocate for the respondent does not raise any objection with regard to the maintainability of this application before this Court. The proceedings are being held within the Ordinary Original Civil Jurisdiction of this Court.

Considering the substantial progress made in the arbitral proceedings, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a
