The Court: The propounder examines one witness. The witness deposes that the Will was executed in her presence. The witness states that she is the daughter-in-law of the testator and was present at the time when the Will was executed as well as when it was registered. She identifies the signature of the testator, which is Exhibit-A. She also identifies the signatures of the attesting witnesses which are Exhibits-B and C. She states that the testator executed the Will first and thereafter, the attesting witnesses signed the Will.

In view of the execution of the Will being duly proved, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a).

PLA/213/2020 is disposed of accordingly.
