It is submitted that part of the dues have been adjusted upon sale of the vehicle after re-possession of the same from the petitioner. It is further submitted that parties are still negotiating. However, as the petitioner is not before the Court, the matter is dismissed for default.

However, dismissal of the matter shall not preclude the parties from continuing with their negotiation.
