It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the Advocate-on-Record of the petitioner is seriously ill and the clients are also seriously ill. The matter is pending since 2017 and repeated adjournment had been granted to the petitioner. The petitioner had sought for adjournment on several occasions i.e., 10th December, 2020 and 3rd January, 2022. The matter was earlier dismissed for default and thereafter restored. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this matter.
