The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the decreeholder does not want to proceed with this application any further. In view of the aforesaid, EC/140/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution application, if the circumstances so warrant, in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

The warrant of arrest in terms of the earlier order stands discharged and all interim orders stand vacated.
