The present application has been filed for appointment of an arbitrator on account of the dispute arising out of an agreement executed between the parties on July 16, 2018.

Learned counsel for both the parties have agreed for appointment of Justice Bhaskar Bhattacharya (Retired Chief Justice) as sole arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties.

Accordingly, Justice Bhaskar Bhattacharya (Retired Chief Justice), 189, Vidyasagar Sarani, Baishali Park, Shakher Bazar, Behala, Kolkata - 700008 (Mobile No.9434239111) is appointed as Arbitrator to settle the disputes between the parties.
