The Court: The decree holder prays for liberty to withdraw this application and file afresh before the appropriate Division of this Court. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree holder EC/145/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree holder to take back the original certified copy of the award dated 26th November, 2018 after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. The decree holder is also directed to serve a copy of the post execution application on the judgment debtors who are represented in Court.
