1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator has been extended by this Court on earlier occasions. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is going to expire in the month of July, 2025. It is submitted that the proceeding is at the verge of completion and final arguments are going on.

2. Ends of justice demand that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended in view of the considerable progress made. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order,

to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.

3. As no affidavits have been called for, allegations, if any, are deemed to be denied.
