The Court : The writ petition was filed, inter alia, praying for a direction upon the respondent no.2 to refund an amount of Rs.25,000/- for the assessment year 2022-23 with interest. However, since with the intervention of the learned Advocate representing the respondents, the issue has been resolved and the aforesaid refund has already been effected as submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner and on the basis of the specific prayer of the petitioner today in Court made on the basis of the written instructions, a copy whereof has been placed before this Court is taken record, let writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
