The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this application, the mater has been referred to an Arbitrator and the arbitration proceedings have commenced.

In view of the fact that the arbitration proceedings have commenced and the matter has been referred to an Arbitrator, AP 494 of 2019 is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail all remedies before the Arbitrator in accordance with law, if so advised. All interim orders stand vacated.

The Receiver stands discharged.
