...For the Respondents The Court: Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. One of the main grievances of the petitioner in this writ petition is against non-disposal of its appeal relating to assessment year 2012-13 filed on 9th April, 2015 as appears at page 29 being annexure P-3 to the writ petition. It is strange that more than eight years have been passed yet the CIT (Appeals) concerned is not finding the time to dispose of such appeal which is very unfortunate and this Court does not appreciate this. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 814 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the appeal in question in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative, within twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.
