The Court: The propounder examines one witness in support of the application for grant of probate. The witness is the daughter of the testator. The witness identifies the signature of the testator as Exhibit-A. She identifies the signatures of the two attesting witnesses being Exhibits-B and C. She states that the testator signed the Will first and thereafter the two attesting witnesses signed and executed the Will. She states that the testator was in a healthy state of mind and physique at the time of execution of the Will. She states that she was present during the execution of the Will. In such circumstances, the Will being proved in the solemn form, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition. PLA/229/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
