The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Fair submissions have been made by counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that this matter requires appointment of an Arbitrator. Both parties have consented to allow this Court to appoint a sole Arbitrator for resolving the disputes between the parties.

Accordingly, Mr. Shibadas Banerji, Senior Advocate, Bar Library Club (Mob. No.9830289533), is appointed as Arbitrator. The appointment is subject to submission of declaration by the Arbitrator in terms of Section 12(1) in the form prescribed in the Sixth Schedule of the Act before the Registrar, Original Side of this Court within four weeks from today.

Let this order be conveyed to the Arbitrator by the Registrar, Original Side forthwith.

AP/418/2020 is, accordingly, disposed of.
