1. Counsel for the respective parties are present.

2. The plaintiff has filed the Terms of Settlement entered between the parties on 14th August, 2025. It is found that the plaintiff has filed the suit claiming an amount of Rs. 13,89,531/- along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from 1st May, 2025 till the date of actual payment.

3. During the pendency of the suit, parties have settled their disputes for a total sum of Rs.13,00,000/-. Out of Rs.13,00,000/- the defendant has paid Rs.6,50,000/- on 8th August, 2025 by way of

RTGS. The defendant undertakes that the further amount of Rs.2,50,000/- shall be paid on 30th September, 2025, Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid on 31st October, 2025 and Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid on 15th November, 2025.

4. Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the respective parties and perused the Terms of Settlement.

5. This Court finds that there is no impediment to accept the Terms of Settlement entered between the parties.

6. Accordingly, CS-COM/73/2025 is disposed of in Terms of Settlement arrived between the parties.

7. Decree be drawn, accordingly.

8. Terms of Settlement dated 14th August, 2025 be kept with the record.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
