The Court:- By an earlier order of Court, a proceeding pertaining to the company (in liquidation) namely JESSOP & CO. LTD have stood transfer to the National Company Law Tribunal.

In view of the aforesaid, the Department is directed to take steps for transfer this winding up petition i.e. CP 207 of 2015 to the National Company Law Tribunal.

Accordingly, CP/207/2015 stands disposed of in so far as the records of the Court are concerned.
