The Court : The petitioner submits that there are certain erroneous statements made inadvertently in the writ petition and as such wants to withdraw the same and file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action.

Considering the submission made and the statements which are, in fact, erroneous, leave is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh on the self-same cause of action. The writ petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
