The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that they have been unable to obtain the necessary particulars in respect of the legal representative of the deceased award debtor.

The matter has been pending since 2015. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application in accordance with law if the circumstances so warrant.

The matter has been repeatedly adjourned at the instance of the award holder i.e. 9 October, 2023, 4 September, 2023 and 31 July, 2023 and the award holder is not in a position to proceed even today.

Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back the original award after replacing of the same with a photocopy thereof. No purpose would be served in keeping this application pending. In view of the aforesaid, EC/338/2015 stands dismissed. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
