...for the respondents The Court: Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submissions and affidavits filed in the matter and particularly prayer made in the writ petition, I find that the issue involved in the matter is very short as appears from the prayer made in the writ petition itself that petitioner seeks relief of directing the respondent authority concerned to serve a copy of the reassessment order in connection with bills of entry in question which according to the petitioner has not been served till date and because of which he is not able to pursue any further remedy against said reassessment order which is available under the statute.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 286 of 2018 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2/respondent concerned to serve a copy of the reassessment order in question relating to the bills of entry in question as has been referred in the writ petition, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order so that the petitioner can avail the remedy available to it under the statute.

With these observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
