The Court:- GA/4/2024 has been filed in connection with AP/507/2019. AP/507/2019 was disposed of. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the application under Section 14(2) read with Section 15(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 must be re-numbered as an AP and not as a GA. Moreover, although there is a prayer for appointment of a substitute arbitrator, the application has not been described properly. The application must be corrected accordingly, with regard to its description. Let this matter appear on 28th April, 2025.

The petitioner shall serve notice upon the learned advocates who had appeared on behalf of the respondents in the earlier proceeding, as none appears despite service.
