The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration with Will annexed to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The deceased was spinster. One of the nephews is the applicant and the other Class II heirs being the brothers and sisters have consented to the grant. The mother of the deceased pre-deceased her.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.3,40,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
