Such common judgement and order was recorded on March 14, 2024. However, due to inadvertence, in the penultimate paragraph of the judgement it was not mentioned that MAT 617 of 2023 was also being dismissed by the common judgement.
Let the penultimate paragraph of the said judgement and order be corrected to the effect that MAT 617 of 2023 is also dismissed by that judgement and order dated March 14, 2024, along with the other two appeals being APO/28/2022 and APO/29/2022.
Learned advocate for the appellants says that two review applications being RVWO/17/2024 and RVWO/18/2024 have been filed against the judgement and order dated March 14, 2024. Let those applications be listed.
