...for the State The Court: The petitioner claims himself to be a developer. It is the case of the petitioner that he raised a G+4 storied construction at premises No.108 B.B. Ganguly Street, Kolkata - 700012 under Muchipara Municipality based on a plan sanctioned by Kolkata Municipal Corporation. He made a representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation for issuance of a partial completion certificate, but the said prayer has not yet been considered.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate representing the Corporation on the other hand submits that the petitioner's application was not in prescribed form. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner could not be considered. In view of the aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to apply in prescribed form along with the necessary documents for issuance of a partial completion certificate. If such application is made within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, the same shall be considered by the Corporation within a period of six weeks thereafter in accordance with law. WPO/515/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
