The Court: Heard learned counsel for the parties. Taking into account the last date of filing of the pleadings, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal has expired on May 29, 2024.

Keeping in view the fact that the hearing has already been concluded in the arbitral proceeding, the ends of justice would be sub-served if the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended for three months from date. Accordingly, AP-COM 620 of 2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the arbitral tribunal for a period of three months from date. It shall be deemed that the extension shall operate from the date when the mandate expired. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) SP/
