The Court :- The petitioner is aggrieved by non-receipt of information from the respondents. The petitioner has applied for Right to Information Act, 2005 and has preferred first and the second appeals. The second appeal is yet to be disposed of.

In that view of the matter, Central Information Commission, being the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the petitioner's appeal being file No. CIC/IARMY/A2021/132581 preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
