By an order dated 3rd October, 2023 this Court has directed the Joint Special Officers to submit report in terms of the order dated 25th November, 2020 passed by this Court. Subsequent to the order dated 3rd October, 2023, the matter was listed on 22nd November, 2023 but on the said date also except the defendant nos.1 to 5, 8 and 9, none appears on behalf of the plaintiff or other parties. By the order dated 22nd November, 2023 it was made clear that on the next date fixed if none appears on behalf of the plaintiff, appropriate orders will be passed. Today when the

matter is called none appears on behalf of the other parties other than the defendant nos.1 to 5.

In view of the above, this Court finds that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, CS/135/2017 is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected applications are also dismissed for default.
