It appears from the said previous order that the issue has already been decided in a writ petition being WPO/508/2011 by a Coordinate Bench in the judgement/order dated December 10, 2020. A server copy of the said order is kept on record.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent ESI Corporation, submits that his client has not challenged the said judgement and order dated December 10, 2020 whereunder the issue stood decided and concluded by the Coordinate Bench.
