The Court :- The parties have settled their disputes being the subject matter of the suit by signing a Terms of Settlement dated 25th November, 2022 recording the conditions on which the settlement has been arrived at.

The Terms of Settlement dated 25th November, 2022 signed by the plaintiff and the defendant and by their respective advocates filed in Court today is taken on record.

Under the said Terms of Settlement, the defendant is to pay Rs.2,43,659/- on 30th November, 2022. Since the compromise has been filed only 29th November, 2022, by consent of the parties, the time for the defendant

to make payment of said sum of Rs.2,43,659/- is extended till 7th December, 2022 instead of 30th November, 2022. The compromise appears to be lawful. The suit is, accordingly, decreed in terms of the Terms of Settlement dated 25th November, 2022 with the extension of time as recorded hereinabove as part of it.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The applications filed in the suit also accordingly stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, including receiver stands discharged. The Department and all parties to take steps for drawing up the decree as expeditiously as possible by treating the Terms of Settlement dated 25th November, 2022 with the alteration as aforesaid as part of the decree.
