The Court: GA/2/2025 is an application seeking correction and/or modification of the order dated June 13, 2025.

The last three lines in paragraph 9 at page 3 of the order shall stand deleted and be replaced by the sentence, "The work of repairs and rectifications indicated above shall be carried out by the School under the supervision of the conservation architect and structural engineer to be nominated by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

In the first line of paragraph 10 at page 4 of the order, the expression "shall carry out repairs" shall stand corrected to read "shall supervise the repairs". 4.

It is submitted by Mr. Ghosh, learned senior counsel for the KMC that Prof. Souvanic Roy, Conservation Architect, IIEST, Shibpur, and Prof.

Arun

Chakraborty, Structural Engineer, IIEST, Shibpur, have been nominated by the KMC. The school shall notify the KMC before commencement and submit regular reports to the KMC of the progress of the repair work. 5.
