By consent of learned counsel for the parties, we appoint Mr. Justice Pranab Chattopadhyay, a retired judge of this court as arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties in the application, AP/128/2021 and the appeal, APO/35/2022 (Bumi Geo Engineering Ltd. & Anr. vs. SREI Equipment Finance Ltd.) which will include the said disputes as averred in the statement of claim and any counter statement/counter claim filed in response thereto. The arbitral proceedings including the remuneration of the arbitrator and his staff shall be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

The learned arbitrator is requested to also comply with the requirement of Section 12(1) read with Schedule 6 of the said Act. The appeal is disposed of by this order.
