The Court:- Affidavits of service filed in Court today be kept on record. In view of the identity of the causes of action, all the matters are taken up together for hearing.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, who submit in unison that the mandate of the Arbitrator ought to be extended for a year from date, and upon perusal of the pleadings as well as the materials annexed, which indicate that the materials to be produced before the Arbitrator are voluminous and there are several number of witnesses yet to be examined, I am of the opinion that there is substance in the prayer made by the parties. Accordingly, AP-COM/618/2024, AP-COM/622/2024, AP-COM/623/2024 AP-COM/624/2024 and AP-COM/625/2024 are allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator taking up the arbitration between the parties for a further period of one year from date.

Since affidavits have not been invited, it is deemed that none of the allegations made inter parties in the applications are admitted. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) S.Bag
