1. Inspection report dated 25th August, 2025 by the Executive Engineer, Building Department, Borough-II filed in Court today is taken on record. Inspection was conducted by the engineers of the Corporation and no unauthorized construction has been found. The construction that is present is reported to have been made in accordance with the sanctioned plan.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner denies the same.

3. Since this is a contempt application, the Court is of the opinion that there has not been any deliberate and wilful violation of the order passed by the Court.

4. Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to initiate further steps challenging the unauthorized construction, if any, in accordance with law, if so advised.
