Mr. Ghosh, learned senior Advocate appearing for Subhash Maniyar, files affidavit affirmed by Subhash whereby he withdraws his caveat and consents to grant of probate in favour of the executors of the concerned Will in PLA No. 327 of 2021. In such view of the matter, PLA No. 327 of 2021 stands disposed of, the same being treated as on day's list and probate be granted in favour of
the executors of the concerned Will making the Terms of Settlement annexure thereto which will form part of the probate.
