...for respondent no. 3 The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator, which will expire on 17th June, 2025. It is submitted by both the parties that the mandate is required to be extended, as proceedings are at the verge of conclusion.

Considering the nature of the proceeding and the time it may consume with regard to the determination of the rights and liabilities of the parties, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish the award.
