The Court: It appears from the Report of the Deputy Sheriff that the award-debtors are untraceable.

This is an application for execution of an award dated 26 September, 2013. Repeated orders have been passed from time to time. There were also warrants of arrest issued in respect of the award-debtors. In view of the Report filed by the Deputy Sheriff and the fact that the award-holder has not been able to furnish the exact particulars of the residential address of the award-debtors, EC/280/2019 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant after obtaining necessary particulars in accordance with law.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original award after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) s.pal
