The Court:- This writ petition has been filed on the Original Side of this Court.

On hearing Mr. Anajan Bhattacharya, learned Advocate who appears on behalf of the writ petitioner, and Mr. Sirsanya Bandopadhyay who appears for the State respondents, it appears that the writ petition on the Original Side is not maintainable considering the addresses of the offices of the some of the respondents. Let the present writ petition be

converted into a writ petition on the Appellate Side by taking necessary steps.

If the Department is approached by the Advocate-on-Record of the writ petitioner for such conversion, that is to be done expeditiously by allotting writ petition number upon treating the writ petition as writ petition on the Appellate Side. After the process of conversion, as aforesaid, is over, writ petitioner will be at liberty to mention the matter before this Court for inclusion in the list.
