The Court: Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and accordingly, he wishes to withdraw the Section 9 application.

The learned Receiver appointed in this matter has taken possession of the asset. Since the matter has been settled the learned Receiver be directed to hand over the keys of the property to the respondents within one week from date. The learned Receiver shall stand discharged after complying with the above order. Report filed by the Receiver be taken on record.

In light of the above submissions made AP/141/2022 is disposed of. GA/1/2022 is also disposed of.
