Upon perusal of the materials averred in and annexed to the application under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, this Court is satisfied that in view of the nature of the disputes involved and the advanced stage of the arbitral proceedings, which is at the stage of arguments, an extension of six months would suffice.
