...for the petitioner The Court: Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court. He, accordingly, submits that the Receiver may be discharged and the earlier orders for the Receiver taking symbolic possession of the property may be vacated.

In light of the same, AP/145/2022 is disposed of. Interim orders passed in the said application are vacated.

The Receiver is to hand over symbolic possession of the property to the respondent within seven days from date. Upon doing so, the Receiver shall stand discharged.
