The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. The mandate of the learned arbitrator is going to expire on 6th July 2025. It is submitted by the parties that the proceedings are at the stage of arguments.

Considering the advanced stage of the proceedings and the submissions of the parties, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned arbitrator by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
