The Court: The matter was listed on 4TH September, 2023 but none appeared on behalf of the either of the parties. After going through the record, it appears that this Court had directed the parties to complete the discovery and inspection of the documents and also to file admission and denial of the document but in spite of the direction passed by this Court, no inspection has been carried out and admission and denial of the document is filed. Today also when the matter is called none appears on behalf of the either of the parties and no accommodation is sought for.

In view of the above, CS/80/2015 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
