The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the mandate expired on May 21, 2025. It is submitted that the proceedings are complete and the award is required to be published. Learned advocate for the respondent does not raise any objection. Considering the advanced stage, this Court is of the view that ends of justice demand that, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator must be extended. Hence, the mandate is extended by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, within which time the learned Arbitrator shall make and publish the award.
